Kathmandu is the Capital city of Nepal. For generations, it has been the main hub for the Newari culture. As a crossroads between the different cultures surrounding it, Kathmandu possesses big ethnic  and cultural diversities. The many religious monuments that are sited here make Kathmandu a must-see destination for tourists from all parts of the world.


From the sacred religiousness of Pashupatinah Temple, to the never ending nights of Thammel, Kathmandu offers a wide range of different activities, places to visit and things to do.

The origin of Kathmandu dates back to the year 900 aC.  It's valleys became the main hub where the Newari Culture flourished and as such, it's architecture is heavily inspired in their culture and history. Their temples are also places of pilgrimage for both Hinduists and Buddhists.

Patan Durbar.

First stop is Patan Durbar Square and it's surroundings, the Golden Temple and the Patan Neighbourhood.


We will have lunch in a typical Newari restaurant and head towards Monkey Temple in the afternoon (Swayambutinath).


We will spend the night in the tourist district of Thammel and have dinner in a typical Nepali Restaurant.

 

Sacred places.

Boudannah is the tallest buddhist Stuppa in the world and one place of pilgrimage for Buddhists around the world. We will then head towards Pashupatinah, another place  of pilgrimage for Hinduism.


We will finish our tour visiting Kathmandu Durbar Square, home of one of the Three kings of Kathmandu

Trip to Bhaktapur

This last day we will spend visiting the nearby city of Baktapur, home of the Third king of the Kathmandu valley and epicentre of the Newari Culture. 


We will have lunch in a Typical Newari Restaurant and try the famous Ju Ju Dhau, a light sweetened yoghurt with a touch of lemon.

Riding in kathmandu

We offer you the unique experience of riding bikes around the Valley of Kathmandu. A small off the grid experience to wonder with the landscape of the valley around Kathmandu.


Kathmandu is a city in which motorbikes are the chosen method of transportation for many of it's citizens. 


You must be in possession of a Valid motorbike drivers license from your country.

Bike rental pick up and Journey to Nargarkot.

Nargarkot is one of the most iconic landscapes of the Kathmandu Valley. To get there we will stop by the city of Baktapur.


Once in Nargarkot, we will spend the night in an accommodation of your choosing (3 ,4 and 5 star hotels).

Biking around Nargarkot. 

In this day we will bike to the many places and monuments of Nargarkot.

Biking to Dhulikhel

Exploring the area in our bikes we will spend the night in a Hotel in this area.

 

Visit of the Namobuddha Monastery.

Return to Kathmandu stopping at Patan Durbar Square.
